Why Use Incentive Travel

Our innovative performing arts tours are just the right ticket to motivate and improve the morale of your target group. Incentive travel is used by different types of organizations towards diverse objectives. The primary reason is to improve productivity, service and quality through motivation. Incentives may be used by a company to motivate its employees (or a group of them), their customer(s) or their suppliers. Incentive travel affords an unprecedented opportunity for RECOGNITION, COMMUNICATIONS, BONDING, NETWORKING and a boost in MORALE. The opportunity to recognize special performance and communicate it in conjunction with a tangible reward in front of their peers and colleagues is a powerful motivational tool. In addition, by getting your key performers together there is an additional occasion for people to talk amongst themselves, share information, learn new techniques and get to know one another better.

Benefits:

Studies have shown that incentive travel used as a motivational tool can increase performance substantially. Several studies have shown that sales increases of 10 percent have been achieved. Consider the potential impact on your corporate bottom line.

Assume sales of $80,000,000
Assume a net margin before taxes of 6.0 percent.
Add a sales increase of 8 percent or $6,400,000.

At 6.0 percent net margin this generates a bottom line profit increase of $384,000 If we allocate 20 percent of this anticipated profit growth or $76,800 to an incentive program we could reward 40 to 100 people with a reward that would include: motivation, recognition, and an opportunity to communicate and network with their associates.

Plus we have generated a net improvement in profit of $307,200.

Our Focus:

The focus of Pro Musica Incentive Travel is on groups from 20 - 100 and we are happy to discuss tours for both smaller and larger groups. We offer packages starting as low as $499 with no upper limit. All of our tours are custom designed to meet the individual needs, desires and interests of each group. Tour packages can be configured to include any combination of accommodations, transportation, performance tickets, day tours, meals, and meeting space and services. We offer unique opportunities for your group to get behind the scenes at performing arts venues around the globe, and often arrange private meetings for groups with featured performers. We will configure packages with or without transportation and meals and are happy to include a planned meeting in an appropriate meeting facility.

We recognize the need in an organization to reward not only the top performers, but also to provide motivation for other groups within the workforce. One means of doing this is to provide a deluxe plan to motivate the top X-percent of the workforce, with a more economical plan focused on motivating and including the middle Y-percent.

Pro Musica can configure programs for any days during the week and stagger programs for large groups to permit job coverage during incentive travel programs.

Why Use Pro Musica:

Pro Musica's vast experience can be put to work for your group. For over ten years, we have been organizing unique group tours specializing in the performing and fine arts. We realize that each individual group has their own special needs and interests. We do not offer pre-packaged tours to our groups. Instead, we design itineraries tailored to your wishes and your budget constraints.

Whatever the makeup of your group, we greatly reduce the work involved in planning an incentive trip. With Pro Musica, you will have one personal contact making all of your arrangements for you - no need to spend additional time and money contracting out various elements of a tour. You also have the benefit of having our extensive experience and connections allowing you access to many performances and sights otherwise unavailable. Furthermore, our tours are led by both travel professionals and professional performing artists, hand picked guides with an extensive knowledge of the entertainment offerings, the city involved and local attractions.

Pro Musica is pleased to offer Incentive Travel to all of the cultural/entertainment capitals of the world. Musicals, plays, comedies, operas, ballets, concerts, recitals, popular music and even sporting events are available. In addition, we are able to secure tickets for even the most in-demand events. Daytime activities are also a great source of interest. If you can imagine it, we will make it happen for your group. Do not forget that often spouses are included in this travel and special activities may be arranged for them upon request.

Hotel accommodations are available at a variety of properties. We have long standing relationships with many properties, from great value hotels to some of the most beautiful five star hotels available. All of the hotels that we use are in safe areas close to desired sights. Transportation is available by air, rail and private chartered coach. Pro Musica secures the best rates for your groups - always offering substantial savings off of the lowest published fares.

Tax Implications:

Usually travel incentives are taxable to the beneficiary and must be reported by the company. However, companies often include compensation to cover the additional taxes to ensure that the benefit and motivation of the incentive is maintained. If a meeting for recognition or other business purposes is included as part of the package, part or all of the travel may not be taxable.

If you are new to the travel incentive market be certain to review the potential tax implications for your employees or other beneficiaries and for the company with a competent tax attorney, and do not hesitate to consult one of our incentive specialists for additional guidance.
